And that’s a wrap… for the summer!
Sunday 27th September, is our last day at Britannia @ The Beach for the season.
It’s been a challenging year for us and for Beesands, with the road closure at Torcross having a real impact on visitor numbers. It’s also made things difficult for our staff, with some sadly having to move on to other jobs because getting to and from work was no longer feasible.
So, after a lot of thought, we’ve decided to close our doors for the winter, well kind of… We’ll be back open officially in the spring, ready for Easter. But we couldn’t stay away completely… From November onwards, we’ll be hosting supper nights twice a month throughout the winter. Think cosy evenings, good food, drinks, friends and family, the perfect excuse for a night out in Beesands.
They’ll also be perfect for Christmas get-togethers, so if you’re looking for somewhere special to catch up with friends, family or colleagues, keep an eye out. We’ll be sharing all the dates, menus and details over on our socials in the run-up, so make sure you’re following us and keep your eyes peeled.
For now, we just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us this year. To our amazing customers, our wonderful team, our friends and our local community, we really do appreciate every visit, every meal, every coffee, every kind word and every bit of support.
We’ll see you again properly in the spring… but in the meantime, we’ll see you some of you at our supper nights!

which will be taken off your bill at the time of paying.
Cancellations prior to 48hrs of your booking will be refunded.
This is our company policy as we have unfortunately experienced ’no-shows’ in the past
which cause significant impact to our small family run business.
